Accessing my Creator Payouts

LearnGrove Creators receive all of the monies earned from resource sales, less the standard transaction fees that LearnGrove incurs in the sales process and the voluntary platform support set in their profile.

Creators and Learners have the opportunity to contribute to LearnGrove platform maintenance as part of each sale or purchase, respectively.

Access Creator Payouts Information

  1. Visit https://learngrove.co/

  2. Click the three-bar icon to open the menu and click “Sign In”

  3. Sign in to your User Account

  4. Click the three-bar menu icon and click “My Creator Profile”

  5. Click the “Payouts” tab found under your username. Here you will see:

    • Platform Support - this is the percentage of each of your sales you are contributing to platform support. Edit this by editing your profile.
    • Stripe Button - This button will either say “Stripe Login” or “Stripe Setup”, clicking the button will take you to your stripe dashboard or to Stripe to complete your enrollment.
    • Current Balance - This is the current balance available for payout, this is updated regularly but may still be slightly behind your stripe dashboard.
    • Request Payout Button - Click this button to initiate your payout.

Request a Payout

Follow the instructions for Access Creator Payouts Information to get to the payout screen

  1. View your current balance and select the “Request Payout” button.

Change Payout Settings

Payout settings such as which bank account the payout is sent to are handled by Stripe. To access your Stripe dashboard click “Stripe Login” on the Payouts page.
